THE ROLE:

Our National Marketing and Service Coordinator is responsible for leading our internal marketing functions as well as providing support to our customer service team who deal with our B2B customers. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role will allow you to have a key voice in the organization and the autonomy to execute your ideas.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven marketing background as well as a passion for providing exceptional customer service. We are a very customer-centric company.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Implement our national marketing strategy through digital (EDM), social media (Linkedin, Instagram and Facebook) and print (brochures). Occasional website management.

writing; the ability to write technical copy is highly desirable but not required.

Knowledge of Adobe Suite i.e. InDesign and Canva and ability to use them to develop marketing materials.

Excellence in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of SAP, our CRM software, will be highly appreciated.

Assist the Customer Service team in responding to incoming B2B sales inquiries and managing leads from start to finish, including order tracking.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve project results.
