Droitwich’s PSE Offline Marketing is enjoying a huge year of growth

A family business has had a huge year of growth.

Droitwich-based PSE Offline Marketing has seen its turnover increase by 44% in the past 12 months to over £5m.

At the same time, the company’s team grew from 14 to 20.

Chairman Phil Newton said: “Our primary focus has always been on knowing the value of a customer and that you only get value from the value you add, and even though the products and services we now provide are light years from the beginning of the company, this basic philosophy remains the same.

“By helping marketing teams generate more revenue and profit for their own business, we believe there will always be a future for what we do.”

The company, founded in 1995 by brothers Phil and Rob Newton, specializes in printed inserts, direct mail and home delivery working with brands including Hello Fresh, Radley, The Football Association, QVC and Mr & Mrs Smith to promote their business.

PSE’s first major campaign was to produce promotional material for the Euro 96 football tournament.

Rob and Phil have since been joined in the business by their brother Paul, and PSE now has a second office in Shoreditch, London.
