A strange Facebook post may have fallen on Bridezilla territory after a couple took to the social media platform looking for someone with at least eight years of experience to ‘plan’ and “fix” for their marriage.
While the post doesn’t seem strange at first, it looks like the couple won’t pay the wedding planner.
Instead, the successful candidate would receive “exposure” in return for all of their hard work. “It would be a great way to get some visibility for future jobs,” they said.
The post also suggested that the couple would not pay for catering or the venue for their 200-guest wedding.
And, just when you thought it couldn’t be stranger, the couple also demanded an application fee of $ 100 for all potential applicants. “Please send the $ 100 application fee to my Venmo,” they added.

The unusual ad was then reposted on Reddit and, due to its bizarre nature, some Redditors assumed it “must be a joke”, while others joked, “An INFLUENCER must get married!”
“I wish I could go back to the days when I was naive about people like that exist,” one commented.
Another pointed out that a wedding planner with an experience catalog probably wouldn’t need to be exposed at this point in their career. “Apparently, people with so much experience still need help exposing themselves,” they said.
“8 years and older, because 7 years or less will not be enough,” commented another, while others could not believe the daring.
“Apologize?” They said. “Paying YOU for the absolute chance to organize a wedding for 200 guests who are probably of the same caliber of character as you?” HAHAHAHA. “
Talk about the icing on the cake!
